Frequently asked questions

Straight answers about the Nexora ecosystem, device compatibility, data handling, and what happens after you order.

Which Nexora devices work together out of the box?

Every phone, tablet, and smart home accessory in the current lineup pairs through the Nexora Hub app. You can link a new device in under two minutes — the app detects it automatically over Bluetooth or Wi‑Fi, then walks you through the setup. No separate accounts per device are required.

Do I need a specific carrier to use the mobile features?

No. Nexora phones are unlocked and support all major GSM networks. You can keep your existing SIM card or switch to an eSIM profile from any supported provider. The device settings include a simple carrier scan that shows which local networks are available.

How does the data sync stay private across my devices?

Sync traffic is end‑to‑end encrypted, and the encryption keys stay on your devices. Nexora’s servers only relay the encrypted payloads — they never see the content. You can also enable local‑only mode, which keeps all sync within your home network and skips the cloud entirely.

Can I use Nexora productivity tools without a subscription?

Yes. The core tools — notes, tasks, calendar, and file transfer — are free and work offline. Advanced features like cross‑device clipboard, automated backups, and team workspaces are part of the Pro tier, which you can try for 30 days. After the trial, you choose whether to continue or drop back to the free plan.

What is the return policy for a new phone or accessory?

You have 14 days from delivery to test any hardware. If it doesn’t fit your workflow, return it in its original packaging for a full refund. We also cover any manufacturing defects for 24 months. The return process starts from your order page — just pick the item and print the prepaid label.

How often do software updates arrive?

Security patches are rolled out every month, and major OS updates land within six weeks of release. The update schedule is shown in the system settings, so you always know when the next patch is expected. Older devices receive updates for at least four years from their launch date.

Clarifications & Scope

Precise definitions and conditions that remove ambiguity from our platform terms, device compatibility, and service boundaries.

Device compatibilitySmartphone and tablet features are validated on current iOS and Android releases. Older OS versions may not support all connected-device functions, and some capabilities depend on the specific hardware generation.

Connectivity requirementsCloud sync, remote diagnostics, and over-the-air updates require a stable broadband or mobile data connection. Offline mode is limited to locally stored files and does not include real-time collaboration or live telemetry.

Data handlingUsage analytics are anonymized and aggregated. Personal data is processed only to deliver the requested service, and we never sell or share individual records with third parties for advertising purposes.

Service availabilityCore productivity tools are available 24/7, but scheduled maintenance windows occur weekly on Sundays from 02:00 to 04:00 (AEST). Critical security patches may be applied outside these hours with prior notice.

Third-party integrationsConnectors for external apps (e.g., calendar, email, file storage) are provided as-is. Their availability depends on the respective provider’s API status, and we cannot guarantee uninterrupted access when a third party changes its terms.

Liability limitsWe aim for high accuracy in all dashboards and reports, but automated insights are advisory only. Final decisions remain the responsibility of the user, especially in regulated industries where professional review is required.
